We offer a 15,000 sq ft warehouse divided into two independent floors. These are open spaces with excellent natural light, ideal for setting up any type of production. Additionally, our venue features a 7,500 sq ft rooftop with stunning views of downtown Los Angeles, a 328x26 ft alleyway with an urban "street-style" aesthetic, and a cozy private patio. The space is fully equipped with air conditioning, a loading dock, a freight elevator, private parking, four restrooms, and a kitchen. We provide 24/7 on-site staff to support any production needs. Our team is friendly and dedicated to ensuring your project achieves the highest quality.
