About the Space
Complete self-service! 16ft ceilings and great light throughout the day. Windows are facing east. You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get video instructions - How to get into the building and find the studio. List of Equipment included: - 1 x Steamer - 1 x Rolling rack - 5 x 10x 12FT Pure Muslin Collapsible Backdrop Chandeliers are not adjustable. They are currently at 6'4, 7'8 and 8'5 height. If you need to adjust the height of the chandeliers, it's possible for an extra fee and if you let me know a couple of days in advance. If you need to use a freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will need special instructions for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date. 🎤 We don't guarantee recording clear audio as the space is not soundproof. Fee for Over 15 Attendees +$20/person

This space was nothing short of amazing. Way better than the pictures even do justice. It was not complicated to access or get in at all if you watch the video provided to you before check in. There are changing rooms and clean bathrooms to access.

Super awesome space! Versatile, beautiful, and flexible, and has a lot of helpful add-ons to make any shoot run smoothly. The only issue was accessing the freight elevator; it was not working on its own and the instructions to gain access were a bit confusing. Other than that, I highly recommend this space!
