About the Space

Our modern tudor home is perfect for a production or photoshoot. Newly remodeled by designer Ginny MacDonald and featured on MyDomaine and many other design sites. This house caters to a variety of different looks and shoot locations while maintaining stylistic cohesion. Tons of open street parking, accessible side gate for loading in and out of the backyard, and easy going neighbors. We have a large corner lot with amazing natural light from the many windows. The living spaces are north facing which provides beautiful, filtered bright even light that productions always appreciate. If you need an earlier start time than is listed, please message me directly. My goal is to make your shoot run as smoothly as possible... We have had many covid safe shoots in the past year. Everything is professionally cleaned before and after every shoot. **Just added** Brand new outdoor large bonus room with concrete floors and natural light. Perfect for hair/makeup/wardrobe/talent holding or Client video village. We provide wifi access.
