Ranch on one and a half sloping acres with trees, large deck, screened porch, lake and hill/mountain views. Cozy, original full wall granite fireplace. Bedrooms/baths and kitchen updated. Fun/colorful screened porch. All amenities on first floor. Unfinished/very large (2000 sq foot) basement with concrete floor that houses furnace/boiler, oil tanks and original 1930's wood burning stove. Basement also has an old, wooden narrow roll up garage door that leads to a concrete slab on the lake side.
