SEA VIEWS TO DIE FOR! Across the road from picturesque Maraetai Beach - beautiful sandy beach & sparkling water. House is right opposite the wharf. Free on-site parking. Plenty free street parking as well. Spacious, self contained house with full kitchen facilities and own access. Up to 12 people ok. Minutes walk away is a children's playground, cafes, takeaways, restaurants, boat club, scenic coastal walks, cycling treks & much more. Spectacular views of the sunrise. Views out to the beach & Waiheke Island from EVERY room in the house. Large undercover deck. Fully equipped kitchen, extendable solid wooden dining table (that can serve as a work-space). Large lounge with leather recliners and 3 spacious bedrooms. Guests can access all of the downstairs area as well as front yard (large grass area) and back yard (beautiful, landscaped garden up on a slope). Please note the hosts (husband and wife) live on the upstairs level.
