About the Space

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath Baldwin Hills view home was built in 1955 and lovingly remodeled in 2017. It has a great feel both day and night. It features incredible panoramic views of the Westside, Hollywood sign and observatory from the living room, kitchen, family room, and master bedroom. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor patio which features a recessed hot tub, deck, bbq, and seating areas. The kitchen features a large marble island with lots of seating, sky lights, and is in direct view of the family room and dining areas. We have an open concept design with high wood beam ceilings, which makes it ideal for filming. Our home is very open, spacious, extremely quiet and bright!!! We have great neighbors and the overall vibe is laid back with plenty of street parking. There is also a large lot 2 blocks away that is often used for overflow parking. Rates are based on crew size 1-5=$195 6-9=$225 10-14=$260 15-19=$300 20-25=$345 26-28= $395 29-30=$445 31-34=$495 35-40=$595 We are close to Kenneth Hahn State Park, Culver City, Downtown LA and Beverly Hills.
