Perfectly nestled between some of Ponce's most iconic features, this historic 1940's building features 13ft granite walls and concrete floors that will serve as the perfect backdrop for your unforgettable event. The venue is a generous 1600 square foot full gallery viewing experience designed to be customized. Complete with locally crafted fixtures, a modern stainless steel kitchenette, vintage designer furniture and an art frame tv for presentations. An industrial garage door opens up the gallery to a private backyard garden adorned with ironwork details and 80 year old masonry. Optimally equipped for intimate private gatherings, corporate events, meeting space, film screenings, photoshoots, and special occasions. In house bartender available. Please inquire about preferred vendors and event equipment rental. Our team is dedicated to making your personalized event one to remember. We're here to help! An in house bartender is available to you free of charge for bookings of 50 people or more provided host supplies beverages, cups and napkins. Upon request, we have a list of preferred vendors including : catering, photographers and DJs.
