The living area boasts a quirky collection of neon lights, furniture, plants for shooting with, and a green screen/ white roll backdrop. The mezzanine area is perfect for either shooting on or giving a unique elevated shooting angle of the entire living space. A bright and clean kitchen can also be used for shooting, along with a large spare bedroom for use as a green room. The property has 1 bathroom. With no flats above or below, the space is quiet and can be completely blacked out if required. Outside is a small Mediterranean-style patio and a contemporary sun terrace also for shooting on. A 5 min walk to the beach, 35 min walk to the station, with unloading available directly outside the front door. Shoot hire will include 1 free all-day parking permit for a vehicle up to a Luton size. Paid parking is possible directly outside the property for up to 4 hours, for any longer, there is all-day paid parking 5 min walk away.
