Giggster Renter Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
This Renter Loyalty Rewards Agreement and Disclosure (“Agreement”) contains terms and conditions pertaining to the Giggster Renter Loyalty Program (“Rewards Program”). These terms and conditions are in addition to Terms of Service (“Giggster Agreement”). To the extent there is any conflict between this Agreement and the Giggster Agreement with respect to the Rewards Program, the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, as changed from time to time, shall govern. This Agreement and the Rewards Program are subject to change at any time without notice.
The following definitions apply to the terms used in this Agreement. All other terms not defined below shall have the same meanings as provided in the Giggster Agreements “Verified Users” means any user who has agreed to participate in the Rewards Program by using Giggster. “Qualifying Rewards Transactions” include all eligible bookings placed on Giggster. Qualifying Rewards Transactions will be determined by the Giggster in its sole discretion.
As provided in this Agreement you earn: one progress step per booking. Qualifying Rewards Transactions must be bookings over $100 in value and must be on separate calendar dates or at different Giggster locations if booked on the same day to qualify as a progress step towards a rewards tier. Extra hours for an existing booking will not count as a separate booking or go towards a step.
Reward redemption expires two weeks after the gift card has been sent via email. You are required to claim your rewards through the link provided in the email prior to the two week expiration. Giggster is not responsible for resending the gift card email if you fail to claim a reward within the given period.
Bookings can be used to redeem the Gift Cards (“Rewards”) available in the current Rewards Program. You may select rewards from any option provided. Giggster has no control over gift card availability. Should an option you choose to redeem become unavailable, you will be contacted by Giggster to select a replacement.
Giggster Credits will be sent in the form of a unique promo-code. The amount of the reward must be used entirely towards a single booking. If the booking total is less than the amount of the credit applied, the remaining amount will be void and not saved for other bookings. The promo code can only be used by and within the account of the customer who has redeemed the reward. Only one Giggster Credit promo code can be used towards one booking.
Your reward will be delivered via email to the email associated with your Giggster account.
Your Account must be open and in good standing (i.e., not suspended) at the time your reward is received for processing. Giggster reserves the right to suspend your participation in the Rewards Program until the Account is in good standing. Your Account must also be verified with a verified phone number and email address in order to participate in the Reward Program.
Loyalty Program resets every 12 months after user’s first eligible Loyalty booking.
Despite Giggster’s best efforts to ensure accuracy, printing and website errors occasionally occur. Giggster reserves the right to correct such errors at any time even if it affects a pending reward redemption.
The Rewards Program may be modified, suspended or cancelled and the redemption value of already accumulated bookings may be changed at any time without notice and without restriction or penalty. Changes to the Rewards Program may include, but are not limited to, modifications which affect rewards accrual and gift card expiration based on the terms, age and expiration date of the selected options. Reward redemptions must be received on or before the Rewards Program end and/ or expiration date. This Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes.
