We needed a dated barbershop for film production. Dyane was flexible and communicative and sent a detailed video with instructions on entering the building that was very helpful. The space worked well for what we were trying to achieve from a visual standpoint and I would consider booking again. However, considering we paid a $65 cleaning fee, I was surprised to find the space absolutely filthy when we arrived for the shoot.
Future bookings take note: we had to bring in our own toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies just to make it workable for our crew/set dressing. Tables and surfaces were covered in grime. It was also very cold with no heating or AC system. Street parking on a Sunday was super easy with plenty of spaces available right in front.
