Host was very helpful loading in, since downtown spots are always rough. He was available when we needed a few random questions answered, and helped facilitate our load out.
This location is incredible! Far more spacious than the photos can convey, and the hosts make it incredibly easy to work with. The library area is gorgeous and unique, the kitchen portion perfectly doubled as a different location which we set-dressed like a studio apartment, and the green room ensured our cast and HMU team were comfortable throughout our 10hr shoot. It is of course, in DTLA, so parking wasn't cheap, but fortunately, there are lots on either side of the building and across the street. My production team had an awesome time shooting here, we'd definitely rent it again.
