I recently rented this space from Yashar for a photoshoot and we were very pleased with the space. It was clean and just like it showed in the photos.
First off I was very impressed with my initial communication with Yashar, he got back to me very promptly after making my request.
He let know he was going to be away and assured me that his girlfriend Christine would be there to let us in. He also gave me her contact info so that I was able to communicate with her.
Christine was there to greet us on time and was very warm and welcoming. She was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.
Both Yashar and Christine were both very professional and I would most definitely recommend this space for anyone looking for a cozy and creative space to shoot.

Yashar was very prompt with communication and very very accommodating. His space is well put together with lots of personal touches that make it feel like home. Great location and great layout. Highly recommend.
