Hello! I am Jeanette M, the creative director and owner of NCStudios Productions. I'm an Interior Design Photographer, first and foremost & Administrator to 2 studios in Brooklyn, & Flatiron District NY. I started our studios about six years ago to help elevate creative individuals with their ideas. Our production company collectively provides different services and tools for your next booking with us.
We had a good experience at this studio. Jeanette was prompt to respond and answered all of my questions prior to booking. She also gave specific details for our arrival. The studio was just as the photos Jeanette set up the paper drops, the lights and assisted on how to use them.
The photos came out amazing!
For those of you who aren’t familiar with the area, leave yourself time to find parking.
Jeanette has a beautiful space. She allows you to use as many backdrops as you want, and she was attentive during the shoot.
However, she told me she had continuous lights that would be suitable for studio lighting, and she didn't. Her lights are low-power and appropriate for situations like a conference call where the lights are inches from your face. During the shoot, she referred to a cheap tripod she had as heavy-duty. She has proclivities towards exaggeration.
I am going to have to re-shoot in a different study with actual studio lighting.
Jeanette has a beautiful space and was very friendly and accommodating. They helped tremendously with finding the right backdrop and lighting set up for our photo shoot. I will definitely be circling back for future bookings.
