The space was as advertised, beautiful inside, very spacious. Marlon was very accommodating to our needs and very responsive to our requests. Our event went off without a hitch. Would recommend to anyone who needs an intown space to have an event.

Modern Rustic Abode for Events | Film & Shoot Marlon was a great host who was understanding and ready to accommodate. The property is perfect for production and the neighbors are excellent.

Modern Rustic Abode for Events | Film & Shoot We had a great experience using this venue for our baby shower. The space was perfect for us! The host communicates with you quickly and gave us a tour prior to us having the event. Highly recommended!
