Incredible location for a film shoot...on every front! House is just as Gorgeous or even more so than seen in listing. Patty is an absolutely incredible host.
Handled multiple date changes with grace and willingness to be flexible, always responding immediately.. as well as being willing to acomidate last minute scouting ...holding area for film crew was immense.. huge converted basement accommodated video village, sound ect and enormous back yard and two large patio ( a third smaller one was not used by us) areas as well were enjoyed by those who wished to step away from the fray...giant garage made it easy to unload equipment through basement door. We had use of the entire house , so make up, hair and changing areas for actors were aplenty, multiple bathrooms...
Simply CANNOT recommend highly enough!
