James was so accommodating from day one. He welcomed me and my crew into his home and was extremely nice and helpful. He made the experience so easy and pleasant.

We really enjoyed filming at Jim's house. The location was great and the owner was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Valley Glen Garden House
Booked this location for a scene in our show and our whole cast and crew had a great time. The location is clean, quiet, and has very accessible parking. Home owners were easy to get in touch with, answered all our questions, and in all were great to work with.
We’d love to book this location again.
