ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! AN ABSOLUTE AMAZING SPACE, 5 STAR HOSTS, AND BEST EVER EXPERIENCE FOR OUR PURPOSE (CORPORATE PRODUCTION oEVENT). DID WE MENTION what an ‘’AMAZING SPACE’’ was? ARCHITECTURAL MARVEL comes to mind but doesn’t suffice to describe this creative, inviting, and inspirational massive city side escape. Meticulously furnished with original classic timepieces. And abundant stylish original artwork lining the double story height Italian hand rendered walls. Designed, built and originally owned by world renowned architect and designer DALE JONES-EVANS as his own personal Home office. (Architect also of Sydney Opera House, Bentalong Restaurant, Gazebo, Metallica, Glass House , Dubi Hotel, Rega Airport (to name a few). Brand new bare metal renovation to the Architect’s exact specifications. Showcasing soaring double story height ceilings, shimmering showroom polished concrete floors, rare exposed concrete ceilings, floor to ceiling light flooded windows, Italian custom hand carved bathroom basins and fittings, cantilevered floating hallways and living spaces… the list goes on. ABSOLUTE BEST LOCATION Nestled in a quiet , leafy exclusive boutique pocket of Surry Hills, yet perfectly located just 2 blocks from bustling Crown Street, and minutes walk to the City. Countless 5 Star coffee shops, Cafes, Restaurants, Art Galleries, and boutique Grocery Stores minutes from the front door. ALL WITH FREE ON SITE GARAGE PARKING. What more need be said… Suited our Video shoot and earlier Corperate event perfectly. Did we mention what an AMAZING SPACE it is!!! Highly recommended to say the least! Book it!

WOW! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SPACE!!! The photos don't do it justice at all!!! Our entire team and crew were in COMPLETE AWE of this SPECTACULAR space!!! BEST WE’VE SEEN BY FAR! (And we've booked many). JAW DROPPING INTERIOR We couldn’t believe what a hidden gem we found. We booked it for Filming but it would provide a jaw dropping, spacious, and truly unique creative space for just about anything…Meetings, Filming, Office Space, Entertaining. We found this MASSIVE, chic, and a truly unique ‘’one of’’ space to be very inspiring and absolutely perfect for our project. (We later discovered it is also available for extended overnight stays via Air-Bnb and Blooking .com (with 4 amazing Bedrooms sleeping up to 20) and imagine it would be perfect for large group overnight stays of any kind as well. 👍👍😃 It truly is an Architectural Masterpiece. Massive yet totally unique. Chic yet 5 Star through and through. Soaring ceilings, entire walls of floor to ceiling windows, polished concrete floors, exposed concrete ceilings, floating hardwood hallways, and immaculately furnished wide open Spaces!! The stunning artwork, abundant powerpoints and light flooded space made for a perfect filming venue. FREE GARAGE PARKING All that AND free parking for multiple cars. Need we say more? ABSOLUTELY WORTH EVERY CENT Worth every cent to say the least!! As Gigster and other STR platforms grow, it's becoming more difficult to find such rare gems. But this property is one of those rare examples of a jaw dropping space that far exceeded our highest expectations. Words simply can't describe this amazing space. AMAZING HOSTS The hosts were equally as lovely and accommodating as the property itself and provided for an absolute 10 STAR SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE!! They were even gracious enough to extent our stay free of charge to enable us to finish our project which ran considerably overtime. PERFECT LOCATION While the space itself is a true gem, its location is also nothing short of PERFECT. Situated a 5 minute walk from Hyde Park / City, Central Station and a plethora of cultural hubs! Including Crown Street and Oxford Street which are a 2 minute walk from the front door. Yet set amongst an exclusive quiet, secluded, leafy green pocket of Surry Hills. Surrounded by quiet one way laneways (perfect for noise free filming) and charming iconic historic sydney terraces. All amid Surry Hill’s most exclusive tree lined multi million dollar row of historic Terraces. IN CONCLUSION In conclusion, we were absolutely floored by our stay here. Our entire team was delighted with the host’s outstanding service from A to Z. The space was absolutely amazing. And the location was perfect. Best place we've seen by far. We’ll certainly be back. We highly recommend it warmly and without reservation. 🙏👍😃
