Fantastic space and a great host! Sebastian went above and beyond to accommodate our short film shoot and was very pleasant throughout the whole process. The space has a lot of character to it and I would highly recommend the spice.

Sebastian's space is relatively small but has a lot of potential for great shoots! There are many props that can be incorporated into your shoot and the tall windows are letting in sunshine all day - just be aware that if you want direct light coming through, you should plan your shoot towards the later half of the day. In the mornings it will be mostly indirect light. I will definitely come back soon!

Sebastian was super responsive and made the whole process really easy! The loft is as pictured in an old building with huge windows and lots of light. Cute decor, plants, and lots of space!
