This location is not professionally run, the site rep is the daughter of the homeowner. She has very little experience working on set, and is generally unaware of set etiquette.
I booked this location for 16-30 people and when the director brought two guests to set, she insisted that we pay for the next bracket.
According to the contract signed with Giggster I agreed to pay $150/each for the two additional guests, but the "site rep" insisted that we pay the entire $1500 amount for the next bracket. The rep at Giggster tried to explain the policy to her a number of times, and explain that she signed a binding contract that explained their policy but the "site rep" called her mom to come to set who then threatened to call the police.
We had a very respectful and mindful crew, but after being screamed at and threatened, in order to avoid further conflict or otherwise jeopardize the production, I ended up having to pay the entire amount for the next bracket.
Both the homeowner (mom) and site rep (daughter, Audrey) were loud, unpleasant and generally made an easily negotiable situation very volatile.
Do yourself the favor of not booking here as they are unprofessional and likely just scamming clients for money where ever possible.
