We recently had the pleasure of renting an incredible filming location from Phil and Laina, and the experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. The property itself was not only breathtaking but also had a rich historical charm that brought an authentic and unique feel to our production. The Victorian home, in particular, was a gem—a true historical landmark that provided the perfect backdrop for our shoot. Phil and Laina were fantastic hosts. They were responsive, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and passion for maintaining the property’s historical integrity shone through, and they were always available to answer questions or assist when needed. They made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a stunning, well-maintained location with wonderful hosts, I can't recommend this place enough. It’s a one-of-a-kind spot that will elevate any project, and working with Phil and Laina was a pleasure in every sense. We look forward to filming here again in the future!
