The space was ideal, exactly as pictured and described. There's a full gear locker in the back that has anything you could need to light a shoot on the fly (for a fee but it's all fair). The hosts are friendly and knowledgable. There's some ambient street noise to be aware of when recording sound, but it's pretty minor. All things considered, really great studio space. Looking forward to renting again.
