The space was clean, open and well kept. Keenya was friendly, prompt, and her expectations around clean up/use of space were more than reasonable. Would highly recommend! Many of the guests I had at my event complimented the space. The only thing I would change/add is a fridge (even a mini one) would be amazing for drinks - other than that it was perfect. Thanks Keenya!

Keenya was fantastic to work and communicate with. All responses to my questions/messages were prompt, helpful and professional. Keenya made the check-in process incredibly easy and even provided parking information and rates prior to our arrival. Additionally, Keenya's place was beautiful. We held a bridal shower there and guests were immediately taken with all of the details put in place. There was enough space for the 12 of us to play games, eat food and take lots of pictures! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would certainly recommend it to others.

The cast and cameramen were all happy about our entire experience here. Keenya couldn't have been more efficient and assuring in how quickly she answered correspondence and greeted us on the morning of the shoot. Also, the studio space fit our needs very well.
