What a wonderful studio! I produced a conversation/interview piece and was looking for a studio that provided an aesthetic that was creative and cozy. What's nice about the warehouse is it's broken up into 2 rooms (the lobby) and the traditional "black box" studio. We wound up shooting in both spaces and it was exactly what I wanted (and more). Also, for any documentary filming, don't fret about sound. Even though the location is near the freeway, we had barely any issues. It's extremely sound proof inside and this made me very happy to clean audio from my subjects. Ben, the owner, is wonderful. He made the entire process easy and drama-free. Super flexible and great communicator. Would rent again in a heartbeat!
This place was awesome. It not only looks beautiful, but had everything we needed to film a few scenes. The hosts were fantastic, and our contact, Emma, was super helpful!
Clean and spacious. Communication was seamless. This was a perfect space for our needs.
