Armen was very helpful and always available via text for anything we needed. The amenities were very nice for our interview series we shot there. Would also be a great place for photo shoots!

What a fantastic and eclectic location! Many different themed room for truly any type of shoot. Neighbors were also very friendly. Parking is either street or $10 all day across the street. Highly recommend this and we do plan on filming more of our show there in the near future!

The location itself was great. As advertised. It is deep inside a building though and getting gear there could be a challenge for some. Had to deduct a couple stars for Quietness due to neighboring property playing a lot of loud music, and having their weed smoking smell permeate through the walls into our shoot. Would have been a problem if we were trying to record clean audio.
