Modern Railtown Photo Video Studio One of the best rental experiences I've had. Jennifer was great to deal with when booking, Colin and John were extremely response, kind, and helpful on the day of the rental. The location matched the photos perfectly and it was a phenomenal experience start to finish. Highly recommend!

Modern Railtown Photo Video Studio Great size and usable space for filming. Jennifer and everyone onsite were very helpful and communicative.
Load-in was easy with the back entrance direct access to the studio.
Only issue was sound - with other folks in the building using the recording studios, we did have challenges with conversation in the hallways being heard in the studio during filming. Not a huge issue, we were able to retake when needed.

Modern Railtown Photo Video Studio The space was great! The infinity wall was exactly what we needed for our shoot. Would definitely be back! Sometimes takes were interrupted by beeping of trucks reversing or seagulls, but wasn't too much of an issue for us.
