Really enjoyed this space. We booked it for a pop-up shop for 2 days and it was awesome! The location is great and the space is a good size. I would recommend this for art shows, pop-ups and events! Andy is a great host.

This was our first time renting a rental space through TOS and Andy couldn’t have been a better host. His communication was great from beginning to end and he was extremely accommodating. He offered and allowed us to set up early knowing that we needed more time and we’re very appreciative of his understanding. The location was fantastic with lots of foot traffic, the venue was big and more spacious than the photos do justice, and it was nice and clean which made it much easier for us to be efficient in setting up. Will definitely book again at this wonderful location and Thank You Andy for be such an awesome host!

Andy is awesome! This was my first pop up shop, and he was very accommodating with the space. He was so helpful in answering any questions I had, explained the space and it’s amenities very well. This space was fantastic for a pop up shop. Beautiful white brick walls, detailed dark hardwood floors, great big windows in front and excellent walking traffic! I would absolutely recommend this listing to everyone. It’s very versatile and has great character!
