Laura was a sweetheart and a pleasure to work with. Very communicable and followed house rules well. Her team / the chef however left the kitchen in pretty dirty condition. That said their booking did include a cleaning fee so I assume that was partially the reason why. Happy to host Laura again but wouldn’t recommend whoever was spearheading kitchen responsibilities.
