Donnell was professional and communicative. He rented my space for a tub scene of a music video and was courteous enough to clean up the tub after they were done. All trash was placed in the proper receptacles and Donnell offered to take it out as well. The crew was also respectful and honored my request not to wear shoes in the bathroom. This was my first experience renting out my place for production and it was a pleasant one. I would host Donnell again and recommend others to do so if given the opportunity.
