What a gorgeous space! Love the character - and the natural light is amazing. We filmed a short video with a small crew, and this space was perfect. Will definitely book again!

Really nice,balanced and tasteful visual components, the suit itself is naturally beautiful with all the natural light and the brick constitution. Tight, if you are planning for a video/photo shoot get ready to get cozy, we had a total of 6 people in the house + equipment and we had to be extra careful of how we moved in the apartment to not stumble between us or damage anything. Outer that that this is a really sweet spot!

The place is beautiful! Exactly what you see in the pictures. Shanique was great at communicating absolutely everything I'd need to know before I had to ask, which is greatly appreciated.
Everything in my production went as planned, and she has a great deal of responsibility for that.
I highly recommend the place.
