The space was gorgeous and as depicted in the photos. We shot a couple of scenes for a pilot here and specifically chose a Sunday to avoid traffic noise in Downtown L.A. Only had to occasionally pause for the random motorcycle, truck, and airplane, which would be the case for pretty much any building in DTLA. Front desk guard was very friendly and was sending up different crews to different floors of this building that I guess is quite popular. Had no problems. Definitely recommend a skeleton crew, since everyone will be in socks, and there's not a lot of room to store excessive gear. A wardrobe rack was available to us.

photos are very accurate but the space feels smaller. A/C barely worked and the day was very hot. not a lot of prep area, would definitely book another location for wardrobe / HMU if needed.
