Based in NYC, I have been an on site shoot producer and location scout for over 20 years in 9 countries. My shoot productions have an excellent record of safely and successfully filming in private residences, federal owned locations (require a background check), city film permit areas / parks etc. I have location researched, scouted and produced shoots at over 10 architectural icons from Neutra’s Kaufman House, Palm Springs to Keonig’s Stahl Koenig House, Hollywood to Paul Rudolph Triplex, NYC. We typically never run into overtime as we shoot with mostly available sunlight. The photographer may need to plug a few lights into the house electrical, but they’re not HMI unless we specify at the initial outreach stage.
