I first scouted the space for a potential short film shoot. There was too much filtering in of street noise for our quiet scene but we ended up booking the space for a rehearsal and it was great for that purpose. Good central location, we didn't have issues with parking and Dennis was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely book again.
