The house was great and Yanick and family were amazing location hosts, super accommodating, responsive and facilitated the best production experience for our team. Would 100% book again!
The owners are very kind people and provide a lovely environment to film your project.
This was the perfect home for our film and the house's rich history and original character makes it the perfect shooting location. Convenient to reach by the 10, ample space, and the perfect family to do walk throughs with. We're very grateful for Ms. Yanick and look forward to working with the location again! For the permitting, it's recommended to reserve via postage around 150' which did the trick for us.
This location was awesome! We filmed some industrial training videos for social workers visiting families, so the multiple rooms worked perfectly. The owner Yanick was very accommodating and prompt with any support we needed. We booked 12hrs. The location manager they provided was great, arrived early and helped throughout the day. The neighbors were all production friendly. Our team was roughly 25 cast and crew. We had no problem parking on a Saturday but parking is something you should plan for. We lucked out in terms of sound, with the dogs in the neighborhood not barking to much… occasional helicopters. The natural light is amazing in this location. We used upstairs bedrooms for green rooms for cast and wardrobe. The backyard is awesome, covered patio made entire cast and crew comfortable plus east load in via the adjacent alley. I really recommend this location highly!
