I'm the Creative Production Coordinator at Floyd - I am based in Detroit, so I will not be on set, but I will be your main point of contact for all logistics.
Can you confirm if we'll be able to ship the product directly to the location to arrive 2-3 days before the shoot? Is there someone on site who can receive it, or is there a covered space where the packages can be delivered? There will be 4 boxes: 2 large ones containing the bed frame pieces (about 7 feet long), 1 medium containing the mattress, and 1 small containing a side table.
Additionally, we would arrange for FedEx to pick up the packages the next day from the location. Let me know if this is okay.
