Great space with versatile shoot room indoors and out! Indoor space has an lovely open-feel and is great for filming, with plenty of natural light in the kitchen and bedroom, lots of room for crew/talent holding, and is very nicely decorated. We would definitely shoot here again!
This is a wonderfully decorated space with lots of love, very spacious and can have actor holdout area downstairs. We mainly shot in the garden and the kitchen, but the downstairs area has almost a vintage shop setting. Beware of the noise neighbor doing woodwork or children playing in the garden.
One of the best filming-friendly spots in NYC. It was a wonderful experience to work with the host, Ariella. She is always ready to go the extra mile to fulfill your needs.
