Brians and his space were so lovely! Brian was out of town but made sure to communicate clearly with me and my team and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great shoot!

5 stars, and some key things to understand when shooting here. Like most homes for productions, neighbors and general neighborhood rules can be equally important to the location's house rules. What I really liked about collaborating with Brian at his home is he is above board with everything. His neighbors know what he's doing and he helps explain all the little quirks that it takes to keep them happy. This is essential in having a production with no disruptions. These people have to deal with numerous shoots weekly, so for the sake of your production, include Brian's instructions on your call sheet! As for the location itself, can you get a better deal? Such a fantastic mid-century home that has been kept in great condition is rare- especially at this price point. Brian was kind enough to stick around each day which was helpful. He was also very polite if one of our crew members was breaking a house rule, and didn't get upset. For example, if someone forgot to take their shoes off inside, or parked in the wrong area. While he stayed out of our way and was very open to our requests, I will say one thing... feed the man! Add another head to your catering order. It's the polite thing to do, really for any home owner when you're in their personal space.
