First of all, the location is amazing! Brian's house is really neat, modern, yet old school feel as well that will be very fitting with many styles of film or photography shoots. There is more than enough street parking in front of the house and on the side near the alley (which also benefits for anyone having to unload equipment)
Now to talk about the host, Brian is one of, if not the best host I've ever had to deal with in any rental house, very flexible, responsive and just plain nice! Any doubt you have, question comment or concern you can feel free to contact him and he will respond courteously. If you're looking for a nice location to shoot with good parking, well lit area and a great host, then look no further! We will definitely shoot here again
Brian is the best host, very thoughtful, detail-oriented, perceptive and proactive. We had the best shoot experience thanks to him! The house is inviting, super clean with unique feature and great taste in decor. 11/10 would reccommend.
