I remodeled sPACE853 to utilized as an Art gallery, the stark white interior, and abundant natural lighting allow for any person whether shooting film or product, video and or scenes. The space can be closed to the outside but pulling the 72-inch blackout white shades, the floor is concrete, not polished, and is quite rustic. The 1919 brick structure inside and out is in fantastic shape for its age. the interior lighting is phenomenal but can be removed. everything i the space can be removed, a full bathroom, and up the industrial ladder is largely open space, now contains a bed but it can also be removed. Renters are responsible for moving and furniture and furnishings as well as returning each piece in its original condition in the exact spot initial found.
