Warm home with large grass yard and pool Nancy and her family were unbelievable hosts! Amenable and understanding at every step of the process. They truly cared about our production which meant the world. Beautiful home and people. Couldn't recommend more 🙏🙏

Warm home with large grass yard and pool I rented this location for an independent comedy/horror short film that I produced. We rented for 12 hours. The film takes place in the 1980s and the location was perfect! Nancy and Raymond were extremely kind and incredible hosts. Nancy was so quick to respond after my first inquiry, and was so pleasant and easy to coordinate with. We couldn’t have asked for more accommodating hosts. They were happy to help us with whatever we needed at the location. They provided a space in the garage that we used for our PPE, craft service and for storing our crew’s equipment. They let us use a bedroom for our hair and makeup department. They have a beautiful backyard with a pool but unfortunately, we didn’t have any shots for our film back there. We mostly used the living room, dining room and some front exterior shots. The home has so much charm, was extremely clean and really the ideal location for our film. I highly recommend!
