Soho Artist Loft - High Ceilings - 1800 SQFT Space worked perfectly for our needs and host was flexible in accommodating a last minute date. change. Easy to access once we had info. I'd just recommend that the host compile things like access instructions, wifi info to have at the ready as it might make for an even more seamless client experience!
