An excellent space in a beautiful, accessible building. Top floor in the back of the building means less noise, parking is easy, and the host is wonderful! Had enough space to comfortably fit a small crew and gear, and still have room for using the kitchen.
Great location for a shoot! The light is beautiful, the furniture is nice, there are backdrops available and a little kitchen. It's easy to access and there is parking on site at a reasonable price, which is nice to have in this area. The only reason I removed a star it that the floors were pretty dusty which was not ideal for a fashion shoot because we had to dust off clothes when doing shots on the ground. But everything else was good. Communication with the host was easy. I'd recommend it!
Beautiful large space for a variety of activities. We hosted a couple of interviews in the space, and though a rainy day proved to be difficult with the large windows, it was still an excellent experience. Would absolutely book again.
