Wonderful place! Very versatile, huge and surprisingly convenient in terms of logistics for being in the heart of Glendale. One of the best location reps I've ever came across. Thank you, Patrick and Dion!

Basement Private Party Room

Amazing location. Lighting, design, and size are perfect for productions. Amicable and helpful owners made it very smooth. Not sure there is a better club / venue location in all of Los Angeles for the price and size. Would shoot here again in a heartbeat

This place is AMAZING! Better than what I imagined . Patrick was so nice and helpful and I really feel like I gained a friend. The crew and cast loved the place as well and I definitely see myself renting here again.

Great! Patrick was super helpful! Answered a ton of questions, provided some small items that we forgot to bring. Totally on it. The space is awesome!! Downstairs ceiling is a little low so make sure you scout. Also using both floors was an extra charge so make sure you get clarity on that. Thanks Patrick!!!!!!
