As the property owner is out of country, it was difficult to connect with her and we did not receive any detailed information of the house (Gate access code, WiFi info etc.) on the day of the shoot. Even the information we received was for Airbnb stay, not for the film production, so it felt like the entire booking process was unorganized and unprofessional.
However, the house was clean, has a driveway to park 2 cars or one production van, and the surrounding streets have plenty of spots for parking. There are churches and schools nearby which you can use for the production crew parking. I would give 5 stars if the conversation with the owner went smoother.
