LOVT STUDIO!
This open concept loft style space with 14-ft ceilings; great for lifestyle shoots, portraits, e-commerce, film and music videos. Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe!
Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area.
This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. There's a large lounge area complete with seating, Free wifi, bathroom and change room area.. Plenty of free parking!

This was our second shoot with Lovt and they are incredible. Zachary is a fantastic host, their space is full with so many props too. I highly recommend this space!

The space was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed including a diverse set of furniture. The unit is shared with another studio beside, so the only problem we had was with loud neighbours renting that side. Be mindful of that when renting this space for video, as we will have to edit a lot out of our footage.

We absolutely loved shooting at the Loft! It is exactly as pictured and we were happy with the end result. Zach is thorough and his directions were very clear. Would definitely come back.
