Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe! Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area. This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. We held a dinner party for about 40 people and it accommodate everyone comfortably. Space is unique and we loved the odds and ends of their furniture, it went perfectly with our theme. Easy access to parking lot and plenty of parking spaces. The bonus (for us) was the 24 hour grocery store right next door. Zachary communicate well with us and was very great with answering any questions we had.
