This open concept loft style space with 14-ft ceilings; great for lifestyle shoots, portraits, e-commerce, film and music videos. Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe!
Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area.
This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. There's a large lounge area complete with seating, Free wifi, bathroom and change room area.. Plenty of free parking!

I would say this loft is even better in real life then it is in the pictures. There is more then enough space. It’s bigger then it looks. There were different props and pieces of furniture to play with and the colour combinations were really beautiful. My photographer joked that a woman must have designed the space. Zachary was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. So much natural light. I would shoot here again in a heart beat. Highly recommend

Zachary was a great host! His space is amazing and he was well organized and helpful! During our event, he was available when we needed support, but gave us the space to run our event and enjoy our selves!

Everything was great! We loved the space. The lighting is incredible, so many props to use and lots of different spaces for pictures/videos. Kitchen was fully equipped, furniture in good condition, and the space was very clean! 10/10. Will definitely be using this space again in the future!
