This open concept loft style space with 14-ft ceilings; great for lifestyle shoots, portraits, e-commerce, film and music videos. Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe!
Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area.
This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. There's a large lounge area complete with seating, Free wifi, bathroom and change room area.. Plenty of free parking!

Great space, it's very bright and beautiful. I would bring extra lighting just incase depending on where the sun is, it could need it.

Amazing hosts with an amazing space! It was very easy to work with them as they answered all of my inquiries and were quite accommodating, plus the guests loved the venue. Definitely can't wait to book again!

First time renting Zachary's studio and it definitely won't be my last! Everything is as pictured and was suitable for the event I held. I had 15 people but the space can accommodate for a much larger crowd. There was various areas people could be seated but everyone found comfort in the kitchen area/on the stairs. Zachary and Amanda are great hosts and didn't hesitate to help out if needed. There is free parking with plenty of spots and a 24 hour Sobeys 1 minute away.
