This open concept loft style space with 14-ft ceilings; great for lifestyle shoots, portraits, e-commerce, film and music videos. Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe!
Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area.
This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. There's a large lounge area complete with seating, Free wifi, bathroom and change room area.. Plenty of free parking!

This space is exactly as shown in photos and has so much light coming in from all the windows. It's the perfect place for a smaller shoot, which is exactly what we needed. Amanda was also so accommodating when we needed to extend an hour, and it was such an easy and seamless interaction to get into the building and the loft. All of the decor and little details made this such a cute location for our shoot!
