This open concept loft style space with 14-ft ceilings; great for lifestyle shoots, portraits, e-commerce, film and music videos. Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe!
Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area.
This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. There's a large lounge area complete with seating, Free wifi, bathroom and change room area.. Plenty of free parking!

This space is great!! The hosts are accommodating and super easy to communicate with. Great natural light and tons of props and furniture to get creative with. I shot a number of portraits in here and I don't think one shot was the same. Will come back for sure.

Loves this space for my photoshoot. The natural lighting was very complimentary and I am a big fan of the walls and widows. Zachary and Amanda were amazing hosts and professional when it came down to business. Highly recommend this space.

There was incredible communicatiom between me and the host of this studio. They were very fast and extremely kind. The studio was in impeccable shape. Very clean and very beautiful. They have extremely great taste and I couldn't be more pleased.
