This open concept loft style space with 14-ft ceilings; great for lifestyle shoots, portraits, e-commerce, film and music videos. Large west facing old Factory windows give great natural light for editorial. We have Lucero smart lightbulbs for evening shoots - these lights can transform the space to any colour- such a vibe!
Hair and makeup area, along with a working Kitchen / prep area.
This space also comes with fully insulated walls, ring light, steamer, clothing rack and sonos speaker system. There's a large lounge area complete with seating, Free wifi, bathroom and change room area.. Plenty of free parking!

Have shot at Lovt a couple of times and always loved it, and was lucky enough to have these guys allow me to host my birthday party there last night. Fit a bunch of friends comfortably and everyone was in awe of the beautiful space and had an amazing time. Was able to build a small photo booth by the windows with lights and have a bar in the kitchen while everyone hung out and played games all over the space. The speaker system is wicked and you can control the colour of the lights which was super funky. Can't recommend this place more for shoots of course and events!

Had the perfect little cocktail party in this space. The loft is already so beautifully decorated, not much else needed to be done on our end. It was such a great spot, with ample parking! Amanda is an amazing host- she answered all my questions right away, and made tons of great suggestions for how we should lay out the rooms. Again - great experience working with this space!

What a perfect spot for a photo shoot! I wish I could post pictures along with my review, but I can’t unfortunately. Anyway, I rented this spot to take photos so I could rebrand my website. The spot was elegant, fabulous, and a perfect sanctuary to freely embody my highest self. The host burned fresh incense before I arrived, which was an awesome added touch to clear out the old energy and allow me to bring in the new. Awesome experience all around!
